I really enjoyed this podcast and it really spoke to me. I personally really enjoy survival situations and so listening to this podcast was really fun for me. was also fun because I didn't realize before but the books that they're referencing in the podcast I actually own that book and I referenced it before. The podcast was talking about how to survive food-wise and how you can actually survive for a long time without food. It was making it into groups of Threes. You can survive 3 days without water, 3 weeks without food and so on. It was always talking about how if you don't get food your body can shut down. It was talking about how it is always a good idea to carry around quick everyday foods such as plants. It's also important to get protein from whatever you can such as grubs and worms. Many third world countries eat grubs and worms for protein on a daily basis and if you're uncomfortable with it then you just haven't been hungry before truly hungry. Is also talking about how you should cook meat if you're going to eat it in order to get rid of any harmful bacteria. add one of the key things it was saying was just drink as much water as you can. Overall, I really love this podcast. I would give it five out of five just because I love survival.
